The Moda Opal Smart Electric Heater comes with a fitted UK plug, making it suitable for easy DIY installation. All fixtures and fittings needed for wall-mounted installation are included as standard, comprising of all necessary screws and 3x wall brackets. Alternatively, for freestanding fitting, simply attach the feet provided to the bottom of the heater, screwing them into place.
The Moda Opal is IP22 rated and not suitable for bathroom installation.
Please note: this product is a panel heater and should only be used for supplementary heating purposes and not as a primary domestic heat source. All panel heaters – whatever the make, design or price – use exposed heating elements which can reach high internal temperatures and may cause dust particles in the air to burn when they pass through the unit. In particularly dusty environments, this could cause wall blackening. To help prevent this, we recommend cleaning the heater on a regular basis and minimising the production of dust or smoke in the environment.
