Alex electric towel rails are rated IPX5 and must be professionally installed by a qualified electrician in a suitable bathroom location. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines about the bathroom suitability of any product.For further installation information, please see the Terma Alex mounting guide and product dimensions.
These towel rails have adjustable wall brackets which gives them a fitted depth of 132 - 140mm.
Please note: open windows, extractor fans and covering a towel rail, can all impact the heater’s ability to warm a space effectively. Room humidity may also decrease the heat output of your electric towel rail, reducing its effectiveness as a towel dryer.

Terma Alex Designer Electric Towel Rails come with an 8 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the towel rail and a separate 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the One heating element.
