The TS-3 Programmable Push Button Timer is a compact, weatherproof heating controller with a simple push button which allows you to engage your heater as required, for a pre-programmed amount of time. Providing heat when you need it, the TS-3 is an ideal energy-saving device for outdoor infrared heaters.
The TS-3 can be programmed to switch off after a period of 2 minutes – 2 hours, so you can ensure that your heaters only use as much power as you need – saving you money on your heating bills. The TS-3 is vandal resistant and tamperproof, so that unauthorised personnel will not be able to modify your programme settings. It also features useful LED indictor lights, including a blue locator light when the heater is not engaged and a red LED light which indicates that the heater will switch off within one minute.
The TS-3 Pre-Programmed Push Button Timer is weatherproof and has an IP66 rating, which means that it is completely dust-tight and can withstand high-pressure jets of water. This high IP rating makes it excellent for outdoor use and robust enough to withstand windblown rain and dust particles. The protection level it offers against high pressure jets of water also makes it a viable solution for use in factory clean-down areas. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician; please refer to the manufacturer’s operating guide for further instructions that will ensure the product has an IP66 rating.
